Introduction
Glyph Channellier is a tool for creating a 3D model of channel letter sign from a 2D shape. It automates the modeling process for sign-makers who want to use additive manufacturing (3D printing) process to create channel letters.
Glyph Channelier is implemented as an add-in to Autodesk Fusion 360.
It runs on Windows 10 64b version. Unfortunately, there isn’t a macOS version available yet.
Installation
If you don’t have installed Autodesk Fusion 360, proceed to the Autodesk webpage about Fusion 360.
You will also need to have at least basic skills on how to use Autodesk Fusion 360.
Glyph Channelier comes as a full-featured version or as a trial version. Both versions you can download from the Autodesk app store.
Installation on Windows 10.
Download a Glyph Channelier installation package. Invoke the installation. The standard installation package from Autodesk creates a lot of warnings. Please ignore these warnings and proceed with the installation. If you use the Autodesk app store’s installation package, it is guaranteed that it is the malware-free package.
